Andrew Barber spent 21 years with the British diplomatic service, leaving in 2001 to establish the Kuala Lumpur-based consultancy

A largely Asia-based career saw postings to Pakistan, Indonesia, Ethiopia, and Malaysia, as well as a secondment to the British Cabinet Office with responsibility for crisis management and international terrorism. AB&A offers a Malaysia and Brunei-focused corporate intelligence and security consultancy. Mr. Barber speaks Indonesian, Malay, and Amharic.
Scott Butcher was a senior US diplomat before retiring and establishing a second career as an Asian consultant and official with the US-ASEAN Business Council. Mr. Butcher has extensive experience in Southeast and South Asia. He speaks Indonesian and Malay.
Gary L. Caldwell is managing director of Corporate Security Concepts. He has extensive security and investigative experience with the US government, which included assignments with the US Department of State's Security Service in Turkey, Lebanon, Pakistan, Morocco, France, and Saudi Arabia, as well as secondments to the State Department and the Pentagon. Mr. Caldwell is a Middle East security specialist and was a founding partner of the Turkey-based Garlin International.
Jack Chu is a former People's Republic of China (PRC) police officer with an extensive network of public security, customs, and immigration connections throughout China. Mr. Chu has broad investigative and business experience. He is President of the Hong Kong-based RA Consultants, which provides PSA clients with outstanding VIP protection services, convention support, and intellectual property investigations.
Paul Z. Geaneas is Senior Vice President of Corporate Security Concepts. He has extensive security and investigative experience with the US government and Mobil Oil Corporation. His expertise includes managing worldwide risk assessment and crisis management programs, marine security, and criminal investigations. Mr. Geaneas served as a supervisory criminal investigator and special agent with the US Department of State's Bureau of Diplomatic Security before taking up senior security management positions at Mobil, which included the post of security manager for Middle East marine transportation.
Bill Glenwright heads InvestiSec Consulting Limited , a specialist consulting firm based in Hong Kong. InvestiSec offers tailored services in the fields of physical security consulting, executive protection, and crisis management. Mr. Glenwright has significant experience in commercial security and complex business risk issues across Asia. Mr. Glenwright holds a Master's degree in security management and IT, and he speaks conversational Indonesian.
David Gries followed Asian affairs for 35 years during government foreign affairs assignments in Washington DC, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. Mr. Gries is President of the Washington-based and affiliated Asian Strategies Group. He speaks Mandarin Chinese.
Billy Huff and Brian O'Connor were both Asia specialists and senior executives with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Mr. Huff is a China specialist and speaks Mandarin. Mr. O'Connor is an expert on Southeast Asia and speaks Thai. They own and operate Fairfax International and direct a team of engineers with unsurpassed computer security and forensics expertise. The firm is located in suburban Washington, DC and works with PSA on a wide variety of network security projects.

Scott Graham, John Baxter and Michael Short are key partners to PSA at IntegraScreen.
Rodney J. Johnson heads Prescient Consulting, which performs key risk management and security services in India, Korea, and Singapore for multinational clients. Core services include guard services, close protection, due diligence, background checking and vetting, and brand protection.
Jagdeep Kairon is the chief executive of Network Security Solutions (NSS). NSS is the largest Indian information security consulting firm and provides technical and investigative solutions for corporate and government clients. Jagdeep maintains offices in Pune, India and in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Jagdeep is a former Indian Army Engineer and IT specialist. NSS provides IT security and computer forensics support to PSA clients across Asia and the Pacific.
Davis Knowlton is a retired US Armed Forces Foreign Service Officer with extensive political and military experience in Southeast Asia. He has significant experience in counterterrorism, kidnapping prevention strategies, weapons training, VIP protection, physical security, and evacuation planning, as well as intellectual property investigations. Mr. Knowlton heads the Manila-based security consultancy Omega Option, which supports PSA clients that require first-rate US executive protection.
Jim Milford and DC Page are President and Managing Partner, respectively, of Verasys LLC. Verasys works with PSA on providing a wide range of services in market intelligence, investigations, and establishing security processes in North and South America. Verasys has offices in Miami, Atlanta, Buenos Aires, Dallas and is expanding soon to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Madrid, and Barcelona.
Jon Monett compiled 30 years of technical innovation and leadership with the US government before establishing Telemus Solutions security and intelligence consultancy. Mr. Monett brings decades of Asian familiarity and expertise in the computer security and forensics to Pacific Rim clients. He has lived and worked throughout Asia.
Osamu "Sam" Ohkoshi heads the Tokyo-based security and investigative consultancy Ohkoshi Security Consultants (OSC). OSC brokers security solutions across Asia with Japanese corporations. Mr. Ohkoshi is a former Tokyo police and corporate security officer with 30 years' experience in the security industry. OSC staff members speak fluent Japanese and English.
Larry Sheafe retired as the Deputy Director of the United States Secret Service after a career of 23 years. Upon retiring he became the Executive Vice-president of Vance International and then established Team Sheafe, which provides worldwide security services to multi-national corporations with emphasis on personal security assessments, crisis management and security awareness training. The majority of Team Sheafe’s consultancy work is carried out in high-risk environments for expatriates and corporate employees.
Teresita Soliman-Luig is president and general manager of Soliman Security Services, Inc, Manila's most prestigious physical security company, established in the 1950s. Soliman's clients include the US, UK, Australian and European embassies; Asian Development Bank; Kraft Foods; Unilever; Shangri-La and Hyatt Regency Hotels; and Manila's most prestigious commercial bank. Soliman resources are an integral part of PSA's emergency or evacuation planning packages throughout the Philippines.
Rex Stevenson and Jim Allen head the Australian-based consultancy Signet Group International. Mr. Stevenson is the former director general of the Australian Secret Intelligence Service (ASIS) and Mr. Allen is a former deputy commissioner of the Australian Federal Police. During his public service career, Mr. Stevenson was posted to Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur. Both men support all PSA investigative and due diligence projects pursued in Australia and New Zealand.

Brian Watters is a former UK police officer who served in the British foreign service for 24 years, where he specialized in security and intelligence. Mr. Watters has extensive experience conducting UK government foreign policy programs in Asia and advising UK companies operating in foreign markets. He served as a senior political officer at the British embassy in Jakarta before becoming a founding member of Assessments Group Indonesia (AGI).
