	Untitled Document Pete Troilo Director of Business Intelligence Pete Troilo is an accomplished management, strategic research, and communications consultant with private and public sector experience specializing in emerging markets. Prior to joining PSA, Pete was a business and financial strategy consultant supporting risk and information management projects in the global energy, telecommunications, and financial services industries. From 2003-2006, Pete advised multiple branches of the US Government on foreign policy and operations. In that role, he supported projects in critical areas such as Security, Politics/Governance, Economy, Essential Services, Rule of Law, International Engagement, Strategic Communications, and Terrorism/Insurgency Counter Finance. Pete earned his Masters Degree from Georgetown University with a dual concentration in International Political Economy and Information Policy after completing a portion of his graduate coursework in Global Security and Energy at Columbia University. His graduate thesis titled, "Security, Technology, and Organization: An Evaluation of the American Security Regime's Pursuit of Integration," was presented to and recognized by the American Association for the Advancement of Science and earned him a distinction from Georgetown University. He also holds a Program Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) - the leading international association for the project management profession - and his Bachelors Degree in Public Relations and Business from Loyola College in Maryland.
