	Untitled Document Graeme Campbell Executive Director Graeme Campbell is the Executive Director of Pacific Strategies & Assessments (PSA) and manages PSA’s Manila office. For the last several years, Graeme managed his own risk management firm in the Philippines known as Aotea Risk Consultancy which recently joined forces with PSA. Graeme has over 18 year’s security experience in Asia as an analyst, consultant, and manager. Before owning and operating his own firm Graeme was the Regional Director, Armor Group Asia Pacific and Country Manager for Control Risks Group (CRG) Philippines. Prior to this, he had worked as an independent security management and training consultant based in London. In the Philippines, Graeme was the security adviser to Shell Philippines Exploration, for their 4.5 billion US dollar Malampaya Gas to Power Project, a natural gas field development. As part of this project, Graeme worked closely with the Philippines National Security Council, the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and the Department of Energy to produce comprehensive security strategies and plans, integrate security into the management system, and develop security and crisis management contingencies. Prior to joining the security risk management profession Graeme served 12 years with the New Zealand Armed Forces. Graeme’s initial service was with the Royal New Zealand Engineers later transferring across to the military police. During his service Graeme qualified as an investigator with the New Zealand Civil Police, as an advanced instructor in investigations and intelligence operations and completed close protection training. At the end of his service, he served as chief instructor close protection for the Royal New Zealand Military Police.
