	Untitled Document Richard Jacobson Director of Operations Richard Jacobson served with the U.S. military in Vietnam before starting a 23 year career with the Central Intelligence Agency. With the CIA he served as an operations officer at foreign posts in Asia, Europe, Central America and Africa. He retired in 1995 and worked as a security consultant for a major multinational mining firm in Indonesia. He later was a founding partner of Assessments Group Indonesia. In 2002 he joined the Asian Development Bank at its Headquarters in Manila, Philippines as the Head of Security and Emergency Services until he retired in 2009. He then went on to head the international security unit of the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C. where he worked until he joined PSA in July 2011. He has vast public and private sector experience in security management, business resilience and crisis management, investigations, community and government relations. He graduated from the George Washington University with a degree in East Asian Studies and studied Chinese Language and History at the Australian National University. He is also a graduate of the Defense Language Institute where he studied Vietnamese Language.
