	Untitled Document Peter Crowther Senior Investigator Peter Crowther is the Senior Investigator in charge of the local investigations in the Manila office of Pacific Strategies and Assessments. He has 41 years of professional investigative and security experience. Mr. Crowther's career began with the British Army where he was assigned to the Royal Military Police Special Investigative Branch (SIB). In this capacity, he conducted official investigations throughout Asia and extensive liaison efforts with local law enforcement agencies. He also spent two and a half years seconded to the Royal Ulster Constabulary Criminal Investigation Department (RUC/CID) as a Detective Constable in Belfast, Northern Ireland investigating terrorist and domestic crime and two and half years in Hong Kong in charge of all crime scene forensics. While stationed in Hong Kong, Mr. Crowther also conducted investigations in Brunei and Nepal. Following military service, Mr. Crowther served as an advisor on security and corporate investigations to a number of Fortune 500 clients in the semi-conductor technology, tobacco, oil and gas, and power generation industries. The last 25 years of Mr. Crowther’s professional career has been spent in the security, due diligence, and investigative consulting arena in the Philippines. He has extensive experience in physical security assessments and audits, threat analysis, emergency evacuation planning, and labor-related security and is a professionally trained scenes of crime officer (SOCO), fingerprint officer (trained at Scotland Yard), and VIP protection officer.
