Safety and Security Newsletters
PSA develops and delivers a biweekly safety and security awareness newsletter for internal distribution to client staff. Each newsletter addresses a different topic and is typically one (1) page in length. The newsletter is delivered to the client’s security department via email twice per month for a 12-month period.
Sample newsletter topics include:
- Personal security (office security, financial security, identity theft, street crime, confidence scams)
- Vehicle and transport security (safe driving tips, public transportation)
- Health (avian flu, workplace accidents, repetitive strain injuries, flu season hygiene measures)
- Safety (fire hazards, earthquake safety, typhoon awareness, etc)
- Wellness issues (stress management, work/life balance, etc)
PSA and the client agree on topics based on PSA’s knowledge of industry best practices. In some cases, news events may dictate special safety or security topics. PSA welcomes client suggestions and feedback on newsletter topics. PSA develops a standard template for each newsletter that incorporates the client logo, color scheme, and other branding. PSA will also establish an email address to which all client staff may send questions or comments regarding newsletter content. PSA will collect and exchange this information with the client on a regular basis as appropriate.
