Training is at the core of our crisis management services and PSA tailors services to suit your individual needs. PSA’s crisis training and exercises include crisis awareness seminars, emergency operations and incident management courses, as well as evacuation drills and simulation exercises.

When a crisis does occur, PSA is always available to provide immediate incident management consulting. PSA’s rapid response team can be on the ground within 24 hours to coordinate the crisis response, disaster recovery, communications, and assessment of physical damage.


Extortion Response

Extortion is a tool often used to elicit money from individuals or corporations. Insurgent movements, pressure groups, and common criminals threaten companies with payment of "war taxes,” negative publicity, sabotage of business operations, or violence.PSA assesses the authenticity of any extortion attempt through our knowledge of common extortion practices and specific syndicates. PSA advises on response strategies likely to produce a successful resolution. Evacuation

In consultation with the client management team, PSA prepares incident and crisis response plans that take into account the need to evacuate a facility. This includes determining the roles of the client’s personnel and the attendance of third party advisors, the communication flows, the responses to anticipated events, the preparation of necessary documentation and the delivery through presentation of the plans.


Scenario Based Training

PSA prepares, coordinates, and delivers practical and realistic emergency response and crisis management exercises through simulated scenarios that help clients understand and adapt to various critical situations.
