Visa Applicant Background Information Verification
PSA conducts applicant background information verification for the PSA EB5 Immigrant Investor Visa program in China, Hong Kong, Korea, and the Philippines.
PSA is well-coordinated with the governmental adjudicating agencies involved and now work concurrently with a number of US immigration law firms, licensed immigration brokers in China and Korea and several EB5 zones, including the Milwaukee zone (Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce), the Capitol Area Regional Center in Washington, D.C. and Regional Center Properties in Southern California.
Our investigative process is built around verifying the relevant documentation and examining the background of an applicant, in particular tracing the money that will be invested back to its source. Each applicant and each EB5 zone is different however, so PSA can tailor each effort to range from modest to the very in-depth.
In addition to this, we operate a visa applicant verification program with US Consulates in China, whereby we screen visa seekers who want to attend trade shows and conventions in the US. As such, PSA is the only risk consultancy in the world that enjoys this one-of-a-kind experimental program, wherein private sector and government entities are collaborating on the touchy issue of visa applicant qualifications.
