PSA is currently seeking a Junior Project Manager for its Shanghai office.

This is an entry level position with strong prospects for growth and increased responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage due diligence and fraud investigation cases

• Assume leadership roles in projects/teams

• Coordinate with clients & liaise with subcontractors

• Conduct research and inquiries in both English (and Chinese, when necessary)

• Write, package, edit, and polish reports in English

• Assist in due diligence and investigation cases

• Apply technical expertise (e.g. accounting/finance/IT skills) in cases, and share such knowledge with colleagues

• Search for new research databases and investigative tools

• Assist in improving PSA Greater China operations, especially on processes related to due diligence and investigations

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant subject
• Two years of relevant experience
• Native English language level
• Intermediate Chinese language skills

Suitable candidates will have wide general knowledge, excellent analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work and think through problems independently.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL ALSO HAVE:

• Previous business/risk/security consulting, finance/auditing, writing/editorial/journalism experience
• Excellent writing, editing and research skills
• An ability to work well with a multicultural team
• An ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and to effectively prioritize

• Advanced Chinese language skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage India-focused projects
• Identify and train team members in editing and writing reports
• Manage due diligence and investigation cases

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant subject
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• English language proficiency; fluency in Hindi or other regional languages a plus
• Familiarity with investigations and due diligence in South Asia

• Manage large due diligence and investigations cases

• Tagalog proficiency a plus, as is fluency in another regional language
